Privacy Policy for Professional Transport Partners

DELIV4U, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of ... euros, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of ... under the number ..., whose registered office is located ... - PARIS, is the guarantor of the Users' personal data.

Article 1 – Definitions

"DELIV4U application":
Means the Mobile Application accessible by Customers to order Services from Couriers and Emergency Deliveries.

"Client":
Refers to all Users of the DELIV4U Application, both individuals and companies.
This is the case for natural persons as well as for legal persons and entrepreneurs acting in a professional capacity.

"Personal Account" or "Account":
Refers to the DELIV4U Account opened by a Transport Professional, allowing the latter to identify himself (by entering his e-mail address and password), to benefit from a Personal Space and to subscribe to the various services of the DELIV4U Application. This account consists of the User ID, the Password and all the personal data of the Transport Professional.

"DELIV4U" or "we" or "our":
Designates DELIV4U, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of ... euros, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of ... under the number ..., whose registered office is located ... - PARIS.

"Transport Professionals" or "Courier(s)" or "Deliverer(s)" or "you":
Refers to any person holding an account on the DELIV4U Application and providing Courier and Emergency Delivery Services.

"Emergency Courier and Delivery Service(s)":
Refers to the services provided to the Customer by the Courier who has accepted the Customer's order via the DELIV4U Application.

Article 2 – Personal data used by DELIV4U

The personal data we use are the following:

Financial data related to the Courier and Emergency Delivery Service is not considered personal data, as couriers provide a service in the course of their economic and professional activity.

Article 3 – Purpose of data collection

We collect and use your data in order to connect Customers with Transport Professionals to improve deliveries and shopping in the Paris region.

Your location and itinerary are used to analyse geographical data in order to provide you with personalised suggestions.

If you don't want to share your location, you must close the DELIV4U Application or go offline on the DELIV4U Application, you will not receive any more requests for races.

Your documents, including your driving licence, insurance and identity documents, are used for legal purposes and to check that you are eligible to work as a DELIV4U partner.

The DELIV4U Application displays your photo, name and information so that our Customers can find you.

You will receive your monthly invoices on your Personal Account.

Article 4 – Legal basis

The personal data are processed for the execution of the contract concluded with the Transport Professional.

The prerequisite for the use of DELIV4U services is the processing of theTransport Professional's identification and geolocation data.

Personal data may be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest to investigate and detect fraudulent payments.

Article 5 – Security and access

All personal data collected in connection with the provision of the Courier and Emergency Delivery Service is transferred to and stored in the data centres of Zone Media LTD and/or Amazon Web Services, Inc. which are located in the territories of a Member State of the European Union.

Only authorized DELIV4U employees and DELIV4U's partners have access to personal data and can access it only for the purpose of resolving problems related to the use of the Courier and Emergency Delivery Services (including disputes concerning the Rides and Deliveries).

DELIV4U and its partners may access personal data to the extent necessary to provide support to Customers.

Article 6 – Processing of Clients' personal data

You may not process the personal data of Customers without our permission.

You may not contact a Customer or collect, record, store, provide access to or use the personal data provided by the Customer or accessible via the DELIV4U Application for any other purpose than for the Courier and Emergency Delivery Services.

You must abide by the rules and conditions for processing personal data of Customers as set out in the Privacy Notice for Users (link).

If you fail to comply with the requirements relating to the processing of Customer personal data, we may terminate your Transport Professional account and claim damages from you.

Article 7 – Access, correction, retention, deletion and portability of data

Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the DELIV4U Transport Professionals Portal.

Your personal data will be stored for as long as you have an active Account.

If your Account is closed, personal data will be retained for a further 3 years.

The data needed for accounting purposes must be kept for 7 years.

In case of suspected administrative or criminal offences, fraud or false information, the data will be kept for 10 years.

In the event of a dispute, the data will be kept until the claim is satisfied or until the date on which the claim expires.

We respond to the request for deletion and transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail within one month and specify the period of deletion and transfer of the data.

Article 8 – Dispute resolution

Disputes regarding the processing of personal data are resolved via the customer service department (link).
